• Hack off existing ground floor toilet brick wall.

• Hack off existing kitchen brick wall.

• Remove existing staircase handrail and parquet.

• Hack off existing 1st floor bedroom brick wall.

• Dismantle existing ground floor bedroom window.

Extend terrace area @Putra Height

• Dig sand, construct foundation and ground beam w/ Y-12.

• Construct concrete vertical column.

• Laying new brick wall.

• Brick wall cement plastering.

• Glass folding door.
